Walk exterior perimeter of single-family homes to check the following:

• Gutters and roof
• Pool & lanai
• Look for signs of water damage
• Ensure landscaping is maintained
• Air handlers and pool pump
• Remove debris from sidewalks, walkways, and driveways
• Bring in newspapers, mail, and flyers
• Windows & doors
• Check for signs of vandalism or forced entry
• Insect or pest damage

• Look for signs of water damage, moisture, and mold
• Verify that all doors & windows are secured
• Check HVAC, thermostat, water heaters, and electrical panel
• Run faucets & flush toilets/run garbage disposal
• Check for insect for pest damage
• Send a detailed inspection report to the homeowner after each inspection and report any issues to the homeowner immediately.

Pre storm

• In the event of a tropical storm or hurricane, we will alert you via email when the threatening weather is approaching. 
• We will bring in your outdoor furniture & plants. 
• Storm shutters can be installed if contracted.

Post storm

• After the storm is over, we will check your property and alert you to any issues right away.
• We will return your outdoor furniture and plants and assist in coordinating any necessary repairs or cleanup.
